What Are App Administrators' Tasks?

App administrators are allowed to change app settings so that the app works properly in line with certain business needs.
Apart from changing app settings, they can delete apps or change assignees for process management.
Each app has its administrator.

Follow the steps described below to set an app administrator.

Setting App Administrators

App management permission cane be granted under permission settings.
Setting App Permissions

  1. Open the app settings screen and click Settings.

  2. Under "Permissions", click "Apps". Picture

  3. Add users/departments/groups as necessary, and select App Management. Picture

  4. Click "Save" on the upper left side of the screen.

  5. Click "Update App" on the upper right side of the screen.
