Checking App List in the App Management Screen

You can check apps that are under your control in the "Apps" section of the app management screen.
You can also display only apps that you created.

Descriptions of Fields in the App List

Shown below are descriptions of fields in the app list.
Fields displayed in the app list vary depending on your environment and your licensed course.

Field Name Description
ID Displays the auto-assigned ID of the app.
Name Displays the name of the app.
You can click an app name to open that app. The app name is not clickable when the app is under development and not yet activated.
Change Settings You can click the setting button to open the app settings screen.
App Group Displays which app group the app belongs to.

Status Displays the status of the app.
  • Not Activated: Indicates that the app is under development and not yet activated
  • Activated: Indicates that the app has been activated
  • Changed: Indicates that the app has been activated, but that the setting changes have not yet been applied to the activated app
Last Updated Date of Record Displays the date when a record was last added/edited in the screen to add/edit records or by executing API.
The last updated date of record will not be changed by the following actions.
  • Adding/updating records in bulk by importing files (Excel/CSV)
  • Changing process management status or assignees
  • Posting Comments
  • Delete records
  • Performing actions in the test environment
If a record has never been added/edited after you created an app, the date when the app was created is shown.
If "(No data)" is displayed, the app was created before the update in January 2021 and also a record in the app has never been added/edited after the update.

Records Displays the number of existing records in the app.
A zero (0) appears when the app is under development and not yet activated.
Fields Displays the number of fields placed in the app.
The following fields are not included in the calculation of the number of fields:
  • Created by
  • Updated by
  • Created datetime
  • Updated datetime
  • Record number
  • Label
  • Space
  • Border
  • Category
  • Process management status (status)
  • Assignee for process management
Group fields and tables are included in the calculation of the number of fields. For example, if a Table field contains a Check Box field and a Text field, then the number of fields is three.
A zero (0) appears when the app is under development and not yet activated.
API Requests per Day Counts the number of requests via API per day.
Apps that are under development and not yet activated and apps in the Private app group are not counted.
Customize Displays "Yes" when any of the following is used:
  • JavaScript and CSS customization
  • List of "Custom view" formats
  • Plug-in
"No" indicates that such customization is not used.
Created by It is the creator of the app.
Created Datetime The date and time when the app was created.
Displays the date and time when the app was created, regardless of the app status ("Not Activated" or "Activated").
Settings: Updated By Displays the user who last updated the settings of the app.
Settings: Updated Datetime Displays the date and time when the settings of the app were last updated.

For the following fields, you can sort items in ascending or descending order by clicking the field name.

  • ID, Name, App Group, Status, Last Updated Date of Record, Records, Fields, API Requests per Day, Created by, Created Datetime, Settings: Updated by, Settings: Updated Datetime

Displaying Only Apps That You Created in App List

By selecting "Apps you have management permissions (Only you created)" in the "Apps to display" section, you can display only apps that you created.

This is useful when you want to find and resume the configuration of your apps in progress, organize/delete apps that you created, etc.
