Actions Available to Users in Guest Spaces

This page explains what guest space administrators and members can do in their guest spaces.

There are two types of guest members, those who are managed in the domain (they are added in Kintone Users & System Administration) and those who are only using the guest spaces they are invited to.
In the following section, the users who are managed inKintone Users & System Administration is referred to as "Standard users".

Edit thread body text Allowed only for the user who created the thread
Post comments to threads
Create or use thread actions
Create apps in guest spaces Allowed only for the users to whom necessary permission is granted in Kintone Administration or for Kintone Administrators
Configure settings for apps in guest spaces Allowed depending on the Permissions for App settings
Delete apps in guest spaces Allowed depending on the Permissions for App setting.
Use apps in guest spaces (including search) Allowed depending on the Permissions for App setting.
Add/delete Related Apps & Spaces

*1: The space categorized as "Joined Guest Spaces (Linked Domain)" is added to the Favorites of the guest space in the linked domain (the invited guest space).
*2: Actions are allowed only when "Enable multiple threads. Note: This setting cannot be reverted" option is enabled in the Appearance for the space.
