Kintone provides the "Process Management" feature that enables you to configure a process (workflow) to edit, check, and approve records among multiple users.

For example, this feature is frequently used to manage requests and approvals in apps for decision making processes, transportation reimbursements, vacation requests, and so on. Just by clicking buttons, you can confirm/approve requests, pass the flow to the next person, etc.
