The following are the steps to delete a field placed on an app form.

1. Click the App Settings icon (the gear-shaped icon at the upper right of the app's "View" screen), then select the Form tab.
   
   

2. Hover your cursor over the Field Settings icon (the gear-shaped icon) at the upper right of the field you want to delete, then click Delete.
   

3. Click Save Form on the upper left side of the screen.

4. Click Update App at the upper right of the screen.

5. On the confirmation dialog, click Update App.
