Adding an App Group

Adding app groups enables you to collectively manage permissions for multiple apps.
Create your own app groups for departments or projects, such as "Sales Department" and "Recruiting Team."
To add app groups, you must have the administrative permission.
The steps are as follows.

  1. Open the "Kintone Administration" screen.

  2. Click App Groups.
  3. Click New App Group.

  4. Enter a name for the app group.
  5. Click Save.

The app group you have added here can be selected on the d"App Settings" screen of individual apps.

You can also configure the default app group. When a new app is created, it is automatically categorized into the app group specified as the default app group.
