Changing Which App Group an App Belongs To
Using App Groups enables you to set the same permission to multiple apps at once, eliminating the troublesome task of setting permission for each app separately.
By default, apps belong to the "Public" app group.
You can change the app group to which the apps belong from the Permissions for App setting.
The following steps show you how to change the app group to which an app belongs.
Click the App Settings button at the upper right of the "View" screen, select App Settings tab, and then select App under Permissions.
In the "App Group" drop-down list, select the app group to which you want to move the app.
If "Create apps" permission is not granted to an app group in the App Groups under the Permissions in Kintone Administration, it will not appear as a selectable option.
Click Save on the bottom right side of the screen.
Click Save and apply on the confirmation screen.
The change you made to the app group is applied when you click Save and apply.
If any other message is displayed, refer to If You Get a Message When Trying to Save Settings.
