Guest Spaces
This article describes the audit logs that are generated when actions are performed on guest spaces.
Module: "Guest management"
Audit logs with the module "Guest management" are shown below.
Action: "Invite guest"
This section describes audit logs with the action "Invite guest".
An audit log is generated when:
One or more guest invitation e-mails are sent.

An audit log is generated when:
A user joins a guest space in a different domain.

An invitee signs up using the their own Kintone account.

After the update on December 10, 2017, the same logs as those generated for standard users are generated.
An audit log is generated when:
One of the following actions is performed by a guest user.
- A file is downloaded
- A file is displayed in an image slide show

"app id"
Indicates app IDs.
"app name"
Indicates app names.
"domain id"
Indicates Kintone domain IDs.

Indicates e-mail addresses.

Indicates file names.
"login name"
Indicates the login names of guest users.
"new login name"
Indicates guest users' new login names.
"record id"
Indicates record IDs.
"space id"
Indicates space IDs.
"space name"
Indicates space names.
Audit logs generated when a guest account is registered
Invitees can join a guest space to which they are invited by signing up in either of the following ways.
- Signing up using the invitee's own Kintone account (if the invitee is a Kintone user in a different domain)
- Signing up by registering a new guest account
When an invitee signs up with their own Kintone account, the action is logged as "Guest integrate account".
When an invitee signs up by registering a new guest account, the action is logged as "Guest sign up".
If an invitee signs up with their own Kintone account, no charge will be incurred for the invitee's guest account.
