Display/Customize Contents on the Space Portal Page

The Space Portal is displayed as a top page when you create a space with "Enable multiple threads. Note: This setting cannot be reverted." turned on in the Space Settings dialog. It works as an entry point to your space, which is similar to the Portal page (top page) of Kintone.

This section describes the information displayed in the Space Portal page by default and how to customize the portal page.

Contents in the Space Portal Page

By default, the Space Portal page displays the following information section:

Area Description
(1) Announcement (Space body) Displays the information that you want to share with other members in the space. You can add views and graphs to this area.
The space members will see the Announcement area frequently. Therefore, the best practice is to post the information to which you want to give high visibility among space members, such as notices and links to the frequently used apps.
The content of Announcement can be edited using the edit button in the upper right of the announcement area, but this action can be done only by the space administrators.
For details on placing views and graphs, refer to "Attaching Apps to Spaces or Threads".
(2) Threads Displays threads created in this space.
For more details on creating threads, refer to Adding Threads.
(3) Apps Displays apps created in this space. Note that apps that have not been activated (apps that are under development and not yet published) are not displayed.
For details on in-space apps, refer to "What Is an In-Space App?".
(4) People Displays the members who have joined this space.
For details on how to join a space, refer to "Joining or Leaving a Space". About the method for space administrators to change the space members, refer to "Adding or Deleting Space Members".
(5) Related Apps & Spaces Displays links to the apps and spaces that are related to this space.
For details on the Related App & Space, refer to "What Is Related Apps & Spaces?".
