In Kintone, there are three levels of permissions you can set: app level, record level, and field level.

• Permissions for all records can be set in Permissions for app.
• Permissions for specific records can be set in Permissions for records.
• Permissions for specific fields can be set in Permissions for fields.

By setting permissions, you can control which users can view and edit data.
For example, you can configure permission settings in the following ways.

• Allow only sales department members to use a "Lead Management App" (Permissions for app).
• Make it so only users can see their own information in a "Company Directory" app (Permissions for records).
• Make it so only supervisors can edit fields for supervisors in a "Task Management" app (Permissions for fields).
