Unable to Find the Searched Data

When specifying "contains/does not contain" condition when you perform Search All Contents/Search in this App or filtering, you need to keep in mind the following.

When You Use Alphanumeric Characters for a Keyword, You Cannot Perform Partial Match Search

If alphanumeric characters are used for the keyword, search is performed word by word.

  • Example 1: When searching records that contain the string "test123".
    "test123" can be searched.
    "test" cannot be searched.
    "123" cannot be searched.

  • Example 2: When searching records that contain the string "test product".
    "test" can be searched.
    "product" can be searched.  

If the Keyword Consists of More Than Two Japanese Characters, Search Cannot Be Performed Using Only One Character

If you are using only one character, you need to specify more than two characters as a keyword.

  • Example: When using "日本語" as the keyword.
    "日本" can be searched.
    "本語" can be searched.
    "日" cannot be searched.
    "本" cannot be searched.
    "語" cannot be searched.
