The name of the user who changed and saved the record is automatically populated in this field.
When a record is updated, or process management status is updated, the user who performed the update is displayed in the Updated by field.
Even when the Updated by field is not placed on a form, it is automatically displayed when some actions are taken (for example, when filtering records).
Placing a Updated by field in a client management app enables you to display the user who last updated the client information.
Setting Options for the "Updated By" Field
