The settings not included in app templates are as follows:

• Settings within each plug-in
  Note, however, that the status (enabled or disabled) for each plug-in will be included.
• API token settings
• Webhooks settings
• Slack integration settings
• Permission settings
• App code

If you use the user, department, or group information registered at kintone.com to configure your settings, those settings will not be included in app templates. The settings not included in app templates are as follows:

• Available options and default values for User selection, Group selection, and Department selection fields
• Conditions for Initial filter setting in Lookup fields
• Filter conditions for views and charts
• Process management assignees
• Conditions set for the Conditions to take this action settings on the Process management screen
• Recipients and conditions configured in the General notifications, Per record notifications, and Reminder notifications screens

The following settings will be included in app templates:

• "Logged-in user"
• "Administrator" user
• "Administrators" group
• "Everyone" group
• "Priority department"

• The content in Notes for app administrators can be included in app templates.
  To include it in app templates, select the Include the content of this notes in app template or duplicated app checkbox on the Edit notes for app administrators dialog.

• No matter what value is set for Available to in actions, it will be changed to Everyone in app templates.
