When Active Directory Federation Services（ADFS）2.0 is used as your Identity Provider (IdP), the following symptom may occur.

Symptom

When users log out from Kintone and then access Kintone again from the same Web browser, a screen that should appear after logging in is displayed.

Cause

This symptom occurs because cookies remain in ADFS. Even though such a screen is displayed, they have been logged out from Kintone successfully.

Solutions

Once users have logged out from Kintone, they must restart the Web browser before accessing Kintone again.
