Each company has different login URL to Kintone, managed by its administrators.
If you forget your login URL, you cannot access the login screen.
To locate your login URL, do the following.

1. Open Kintone site (English only).

2. Click Log In on the header.
   

3. Check the entry box for your subdomain on the screen.
   When the entry box is blank, refer to the following page:

4. Click Sign-in.

5. Check that the displayed login screen is for your company.

6. Once you can identify the login URL, enter your login name and its password to log in.

7. Do one of the following to keep the login URL for future use.

   • Add the login URL to favorites in your Web browser.
   • Save the login URL in your password management tool.

When the entry box for your subdomain is blank on the Kintone site page, try some possible subdomain names to identify your subdomain.

1. Enter some possible subdomain names into the entry box.
   Example:

   • Company
   • Company Web site domain name
   • Company nickname

2. Click Sign-in.

3. Check that the displayed login screen is for your company.
   If you cannot identify the login URL, ask your administrator.

4. Once you can identify the login URL, enter your login name and its password to log in.

5. Do one of the following to keep the login URL for future use.

   • Add the login URL to favorites in your Web browser.
   • Save the login URL in your password management tool.
