Force Password Change is a feature that requests users to change their passwords when logging in to kintone.com.
By forcing users to change their password from the one set by administrators to a password known only to them, users can use Kintone more securely.

When this feature is enabled, the password change screen is displayed to the following users:

• Users who have been newly added to kintone.com
• Users whose passwords have been changed by Kintone Users & System Administrators

1. Click the gear-shaped menu button in the header.

2. Click Users & System Administration.

3. Click Login.

4. In the "Password Policy" section, clear the "Force users to change their passwords on their next login" checkbox.
   

5. Click Save.
