If users cannot solve problems by themselves, they should contact administrators.

  2. If you cannot solve the problem by yourself, contact your administrator.

    1. Administrator should check whether the symptom is listed in "Unable to Log in: What to Do Next".

    2. If neither of the above solves the problem, contact Kintone Corp.

When administrators cannot log in for some reason, for example because they forgot their passwords, they should do the following.

  1. Try the procedure described in "Unable to Log in: What to Do First".
    If this solves the problem, you can skip the subsequent steps from STEP 2.

  2. If step 1 does not solve the problem, please Contact Us.

  3. To avoid the situation where an administrator cannot log in, consider the following solutions.

    1. Assign multiple administrators:
      You can change the settings in the Kintone Users & System Administration screen.
      For details, refer to "Adding Users to the Kintone Users & System Administrators".

      You can change the settings in the Kintone Users & System Administration screen.
