When the Administrator Forgot the Administrator Account or Password
When administrators cannot log in, try the following solutions.
On the login screen, click "Having Trouble Logging In?".
Enter the e-mail address that is registered in your user details in Kintone, then click Reset Password.
If the above screen does not appear, refer to "Cannot Reset the Password".
You will receive an e-mail describing the way to reset the password.
Click the URL shown in the e-mail to reset the password.
Set your new password.
Once you click "Save", the login screen appears.
Check that you can log in to the system using the new password.
