When a User's Account Is Locked Out
A user can no longer log in to Kintone when the number of failed login attempts exceeds the value specified by an administrator.
To unlock the locked-out account, follow the steps described in Method 1 or Method 2.
Method 1: Wait Until "Account Lockout Duration" Elapses
If a message like below is displayed when logging in, your account is unlocked after the time indicated in the message has elapsed.
Example of message:
Your account is locked out due to 10 times wrong password attempts. Your account is locked out for 3 minutes. Wait for 3 minutes, and try to log in again.
Method 2: Ask the Kintone Users & System Administrator to Unlock the Locked-Out Account
If you want to log in immediately or if a message like below is displayed, ask the Kintone Users & System Administrator to unlock your locked-out account.
Example of message:
Your account is locked out due to 3 times wrong password attempts. Contact your administrator.
