You can configure the display order of users using "Display Order" option.

Changing the Display Order of Each User

It can be configured on "Edit User" screen in Kintone Users & System Administration.

  1. Click gear shaped administration menu icon in the header.

  2. Click Users & System Administration.

  3. Click Departments & Users.

  4. Enter a display name or a login name of the user in the search box to search the target user.
    You can also expand the department tree and select the target user.

  5. Click Edit icon for the user.

  6. Enter a number in "Display Order".

  7. Click Save.

Changing the Display Order of Users in Bulk

You can update users' display orders in bulk by importing user details using a CSV file.
