User Details/Profile Fields
This section describes how to control the editing of profiles and fields that can be added to user details.
User details are personal information of users, such as user names and departments, added in Kintone Users & System Administration.
Kintone Users & System Administration is a screen for only administrators.
A profile is the information displayed when you access the following URLs. All users can get access to it.
It is useful when you announce the information below in Kintone.
- Self-introduction text
- Department or role of the user
- Contact method
Other than the self-introduction purpose, it can be used for changing time zones and languages to apply.
