Downloading Template Files

CSV template files are available for importing data. This page describes how to download template files.

Click the gear-shaped menu button in the header.
Click Users & System Administration.
Click Import from File.
Select a template file to download in "Contents to Import".
- Available Options:
  - Users
  - User available services
  - Department
  - Departments to Which Users Belong
  - Job Titles
  - Groups (or Roles)
  - Static groups (or Roles) to Which Users Belong
Select a character encoding.

If you are not sure which character encoding you should use, refer to the following page:
Selecting Character Encoding When Importing or Exporting Data to and from CSV File
For "Delimiter", select "Comma".
Click Download CSV Template File.
You can download a template file in CSV format.
Note
- Do not use "Skip header row" when you download a template. Downloaded templates always have the field names exported on the top row.
- The field name exported on the top row of the template is displayed in the same language as the display language of the user who downloaded the template.
