Displaying Localized User Names in Display Language

Article Number:020235

To display users' names based on their respective display languages, configure a "Localized Name".
User names based on users' display language can be configured, such as in Kanji or Hiragana characters for Japanese, or in alphabetical characters for English.

Example: When the display name is "田中 愛美"

For example, regardless of the display language of the user, displaying "田中 愛美" in Japanese on kintone.com would be inconvenient for members who do not understand Japanese.
If you configure the display name for each language as shown below, it would be helpful for users to understand their user names in multinational environment.
