You can check the license details of Kintone you have purchased, the number of user accounts that are currently in use, and the data usage in Service Usage.

1. Click the gear-shaped menu button in the header.

2. Click Users & System Administration.

When the amount of disk currently used exceeds the limit, a warning message is displayed on the Administration screen.
