Changing Department Information

This page describes how to change the department information, including the names and hierarchical structure of the departments.

  1. Click gear shaped administration menu icon in the header.

  2. Click "Users & System Administration".

  3. Click Departments & Users.

  4. On the department whose information you wish to change, click gear shaped icon .

  5. Click Edit.

  6. Change the information below, if necessary.

    • Name
    • department code
    • Parent Department
    • Description

  7. Click Save.

  8. Change the department members as necessary.
