A guest space is a space that non-Kintone users can join as guests. It can be used to communicate with external members in collaborative projects.

In guest spaces, you can send invitation emails to guest users. The invited guest users can access Kintone from the invitation email to create a guest account.
Users who are invited to the guest space are referred to as guest users.

Guest users can access the space they were invited to and the apps that belong to the space. They cannot view any other data. For details on what guest users can do, refer to the following page.
