Customizing the login page

You can change the company name and the background image displayed on the login page. By default, no data is displayed.
This action can be performed only by Kintone users & system administrators.

Click the Settings icon (the gear-shaped icon) at the top of Kintone, then click Users & system administration.
Click Login page under Customize.
If you want to change the company name, enter a new name in the Welcome Text field. If you do not want to display any text, leave this field blank.
If you want to change the background image, click Browse and select an image file.
Note
- The maximum size limit for the image file is 5 MB.
- The background image is enlarged or shrunk in accordance with the users' monitor size.
- If you want the image to be displayed clearly, select an image with the largest height and width. However, if the width of the image exceeds 2,048 pixels, the image will be shrunk while maintaining the aspect ratio.
- The following file formats can be used as a background image:
  gif, jpeg, jpg, png, bmp
Click Save.
