The storage capacity for your entire domain is found on the Service usage screen in Administration.

Available storage capacity for your domain
The storage capacity available for your domain is 5 GB multiplied by the number of licensed users. Note that the number of licensed users does not include Kintone guest users.

Storage capacity during the trial period
Storage capacity during the trial period is 10 GB.
After the trial period ends and you purchase a service, the storage capacity limit will be equal to 5 GB multiplied by the number of licensed users. If you want to continue using the service while exceeding this limit, you need to purchase our optional service.
