1. คลิกปุ่มเมนูรูปเฟืองในส่วนหัว

2. คลิก ตั้งค่าผู้ใช้และผู้ดูแลระบบ​

3. Click Import from file.
   

4. In "Contents to import", select a template file to download.
   

5. เลือก การเข้ารหัสอักขระ
   

6. สำหรับ "ตัวคั่น" ให้เลือก "คอมม่า"

7. Click Download CSV template file.
   You can download a template file in CSV format.
