Adding departments one by one

  1. Access Administration.
    Accessing Administration

  2. Click Departments & users.

  3. Haga clic en Nuevo Departamento.

  4. Enter the values such as department name and department code.

  5. Haga clic en Guardar.

  6. Add members to the department.

Adding multiple departments at a time

You can add departments using a file that contains department information.

Adding a department with the same name as the existing department

Al especificar diferentes códigos de departamento, puede agregar varios departamentos con el mismo nombre.
Para diferenciar varios departamentos con el mismo nombre, utilice "Descripción" del departamento.
