Changing Customer Information

This section describes the steps to change the name and phone number of the company added to Kintone.

Company Name

Company name will be used for the invoices and the e-mails from kintone.com.

  1. Display the subscription details.

  2. In the "Contact Information" section, click Update Contact Information. Screenshot: "Update Contact Information" is highlighted

  3. In "Company Name", enter the new company name.

  4. Click Save. Screenshot: "Save" is highlighted

Sold To Contact

The information in Sold To Contact is used for a recipient of e-mails from kintone.com.
For example, the e-mails of invoices and receipts will be sent from no-reply@kintone.com.

  1. Display the subscription details.

  2. In the "Contact Information" section, click Update Contact Information.

  3. Change the information in Sold To Contact such as phone number and e-mail address. Screenshot: The section to enter name and e-mail address is highlighted

  4. Click Save.

Bill To Contact

The information in Bill To Contact is used for a recipient of the invoice.

  1. Display the subscription details.

  2. In the "Contact Information" section, click Update Contact Information.

  3. Select whether you want to use the same information in "Sold To Contact".

    • If you want to use the same information in "Sold To Contact":
      Select Same as "Sold To Contact" and proceed to Step 5.
    • If you want to use different information from "Sold To Contact":
      Clear the Same as "Sold To Contact"checkbox and proceed to Step 4. Screenshot: "Same as "Sold To Contact"" checkbox is cleared
  4. Change the information in Bill To Contact such as phone number and e-mail address.

  5. Click Save.
