Purchasing Kintone after Trial

You must use a trial version of Kintone before starting a purchasing process.
You cannot purchase the service without a trial.
Kintone Users & System Administrator performs a purchasing procedure.

  1. Click the gear shaped administration menu icon in the header.

  2. Click Users & System Administration.

  3. Display the "Service Usage" screen and click Subscription Details.

    The page for purchasing appears.

  4. Select the subscription you want to subscribe to and enter the number of users.
    For subscription types and pricing details, refer to Kintone Pricing.

  5. Confirm your entries, then click Next at the bottom right of the screen.

  6. Enter the Company Name.

  7. Enter the information of the Sold To Contact.

  8. Fill in the information of the Bill To Contact, then click Next.

    • To make the Bill To Contact same as the Sold To Contact:
      Select Same as "Sold To Contact".

    • To specify the Sold To Contact that is different from the Bill To Contact:
      Deselect Same as "Sold To Contact".

  9. Confirm that the billing details and the customer information shown on the screen are correct.

  10. Read the notes and select "I understand/agree", and then click Next. Screenshot: "I understand/agree" is highlighted

  11. Enter the information for the credit card to use for payment, then click Submit.

  12. Click Close on the pop-up screen.

    When the screen below appears, the purchase has been completed.
    If some information is not correct, click the button (Change Plan, for example) at the top right of the section to edit.
    You will see a different button name depending on the section.

  13. Check for the e-mail notifying that the order has been completed.
    This e-mail is also the statement of delivery of Kintone. No other statement of delivery will be issued.
