You can change your subscription from the monthly service to the annual service at any time.
If you change your service to the annual service, the new one-year service period will begin on the first day of the next month after the order date.

1. Click the in the header.

2. Click Users & System Administration.
   Accessing Kintone Users & System Administration

3. Display the "Service Usage" screen and click Subscription Details.
   Subscription details are displayed.
   

4. In the "Products" section, click Change Plan.

5. Select "Kintone Professional Annual" and enter the number of licensed users.
   The number of licensed users must be the same as the number of application users of Kintone, or must be greater than the number of application users.
   

6. Check your entries, then click Next.

7. Check the fee, then click Submit.
