Changing Contacts

The information in Sold To Contact is used for a recipient of e-mails from kintone.com.
For example, the e-mails of invoices and receipts will be sent from no-reply@kintone.com.

Only Kintone Users & System Administrators can change the Sold To Contact.

  1. Click the gear shaped administration menu icon in the header.

  2. Click Users & System Administration.

  3. Display the "Service Usage" screen and click Subscription Details.

  4. In the "Contact Information" section, click Update Contact Information. Screenshot: "Update Contact Information" is highlighted

  5. Change the Sold To Contact and click Save.

  6. Close the page displaying the subscription details.
