Changing Contacts
The information in Sold To Contact is used for a recipient of e-mails from kintone.com.
For example, the e-mails of invoices and receipts will be sent from no-reply@kintone.com.
Only Kintone Users & System Administrators can change the Sold To Contact.

Click the
in the header.

Click Users & System Administration.
Accessing Kintone Users & System Administration -
Display the "Service Usage" screen and click Subscription Details.
Subscription details are displayed.

In the "Contact Information" section, click Update Contact Information.

Change the Sold To Contact and click Save.

Close the page displaying the subscription details.
