Changing the Bill To Contact

The information in Bill To Contact is used for a recipient of the invoice.
Only Kintone Users & System Administrators can change the Bill To Contact.

  1. Click the gear shaped administration menu icon in the header.

  2. Click Users & System Administration.

  3. Display the "Service Usage" screen and click Subscription Details.
    Subscription details are displayed.

  4. In the "Contact Information" section, click Update Contact Information. Screenshot: "Update Contact Information" is highlighted

  5. Deselect Same as "Sold To Contact".
    If not selected, skip this procedure.

  6. Change the Bill To Contact details and click Save. Screenshot: The section to enter name and e-mail address is highlighted

  7. Close the page displaying the subscription details.
