You can change license details such as your customer information and credit card whenever you want.
The timing to change the number of users or the license period varies depending on your plan.

You can proceed to the next step at any time.

• Increasing/decreasing the number of licensed users
  However, you cannot decrease the number of users: (a) in the month you have placed your first order, or (b) in the same month you have increased the number of users.
• Changing the subscription from monthly service to annual service
• Increasing/decreasing optional service subscriptions
• Termination
  You can terminate the subscription only if payment for the current month has been made.

The term of the annual service shall mean one year from the first day of the next month after the order has been placed.
You can only add licensed users and optional service subscriptions during the service period.

Next year's renewal period refers to the last month of the service period.
If the service period is "from January 1 to December 31", the renewal period for the next year is "December".
