What Can Be Done with Thread Action
You can use the Thread action feature to create an action to copy thread comment and/or URL to a record in a specified app.
For example, you can use this feature as follows.
- Copy a task that is requested using a thread comment to a ToDo app.
- Copy work contents that is described in a thread comment to your manual app.
Action can be created from each comment of a thread.
For details, refer to the Creating Thread Actions page.
When you hover the mouse cursor over the comment after creating an action, "action" menu appears. You can display the created action (for example, "Copy to ToDo") by clicking the action menu.
Example: Upon request by Ms. Sakagami, Ms. Kato copies to the ToDo app
Click the action to display the screen for creating a record of the target app.
Comment is copied to the specified record.
Enter other values as needed and click Save to register the comment as a new record. For a thread action, specify the destination app and fields.
