What Can Be Done with Thread Action
You can use the thread action feature to create actions to be performed on space threads.
For actions, comment or URL data can be used.
The current feature allows you to create an action to create records to the specified app by copying comments and URLs.
For example, if you create an action to copy comments to the To-Do management app, you can simply perform this action to create tasks that were requested in the comment in the app.
When an action is created, the created action is added into the "Actions" menu for each comment of a thread.
Click the action to display the screen for creating a record of the target app.
On the screen, each field is initially entered with the data of the comment text or URL by which the action was performed.
Enter values in other fields as needed. Once the record is created, you can copy the data. For a thread action, specify the destination app and fields.
The available destination fields vary depending on the type of data to be copied.
