Permissions for Main Actions on Portal

The types of actions a user can perform on Kintone portal depend on the permissions assigned to the user.

Main Actions Available on Portal

Action		Allowed Users
Set/Change Portal		Kintone System Administrators or Kintone Users & System Administrators
Edit Announcement		(Same as above)
Space		See Actions Available to Users in Space
App		See Actions Available to Users in App
People (view other users)		Only allowed for users in the same top-level department (if Configuring Department Access Control is enabled)
Search		Apps: Can search only apps, records, and fields that you have access permissions of. Spaces: Can search only public spaces or private spaces with which you are joining. Users: Can search users in the same top-level department only (if Configuring Department Access Configuring is enabled).
