From Kintone Store, you can resolve previously failed credit card transactions.
- Login to Kintone Store.
- From the Service License tab, select an error from the list of failed transactions.
- Update the credit card information.
- If there are multiple errors, repeat steps 2 & 3 until all errors have been updated. Errors can only be fixed one at a time.
- If you update credit card information in your account after a failed transaction, it will not automatically charge for the failed transaction. You will need to fix each error individually by following the steps above.
