Resolving Credit Card Errors

From Kintone Store, you can resolve previously failed credit card transactions.

  1. Login to Kintone Store.
  2. From the Service License tab, select an error from the list of failed transactions.


  1. Update the credit card information. 

Please note:

  • If there are multiple errors, repeat steps 2 & 3 until all errors have been updated. Errors can only be fixed one at a time.
  • If you update credit card information in your account after a failed transaction, it will not automatically charge for the failed transaction. You will need to fix each error individually by following the steps above.
