How to Add or Change a Kintone Store User

Users with Kintone Store accounts can manage domains, licenses and services. Upon signup, the person who created the Kintone account initially will be the only person who has access to the Kintone Store.

Adding Users to Kintone Store

  1. Login to https://store.kintone.com.
  2. Navigate to the Accounts tab and click New Account.
  3. Enter one or more email addresses to invite users to Kintone Store.
  4. Click Invite.

Deleting Users from Kintone Store

  1. Login to https://store.kintone.com.
  2. Navigate to the Accounts tab.
  3. Click Delete next to the email address you wish to remove. 
  4. Click Delete.

My administrator left. How do I get access to Kintone Store?

If your sole Kintone Administrator has left the company, please follow one of the options below:

  1. If you have access to your previous Administrators email, reset the password for Kintone Store by clicking Forgot your e-mail or password?. An email will be sent to the address with instructions on resetting the password. Then, follow the instructions above for deleting and adding users to Kintone Store. 
  2. If you own the corporate email domain, reset the password for Kintone Store by clicking Forgot your e-mail or password?, then have your internal email administrator intercept the password reset email. 
  3. If you don't have access to the email address, you can request a Kintone Store Account change from Kintone. Please follow the details in the next section to request this change from Kintone.

Requesting a Store Account Change from Kintone

If you can't access your previous administrators user account for Kintone Store, a Kintone Customer Service member can request this change for you. 

In order to make this change, we require you to fill out this form and include a letter of request from a C-Level executive officer written on company letterhead. This can include a CEO, CIO, CFO, Business Owner, etc. We take pride in keeping your data secure and therefore we must require this step.

Letter Requirements

  1. What is the email address for the User account you are requesting to change?
  2. What would you like the new email address to be?
    • If available, please use a company-provided email address.
  3. Why are you requesting this change?
  4. Signed by your C-level executive officer in ink.
  5. Include your C-level executive officer's title and email address.
  6. Must be on company letterhead.

How to submit this to Kintone

Please fill out this form and attach a scanned copy of the letter. 

Once we receive your request, we will submit it for further review. Upon approval, we will email the requester and C-level executive to notify the change has been made. The password can then be reset with the new email address by clicking Forgot your e-mail address or password? from the Kintone Store login page.

Please note:

  • If you are deemed High Risk, we may require additional information.
  • Once we complete this change, we recommend adding more than one user to your Kintone Store account to avoid further disruptions.
