Creating a Graph

You can create a graph or table with the data in your app. 
 

To create a Recommended Graph:

  1. From an app, click the Graph Create Graph icon.
  2. Select a graph from Use a Recommended Graph.
  3. Click Apply or Save as New Graph (for app administrators).

To create a graph from scratch:

  1. From an app, click the Graph Create Graph icon.
  2. Under Design a Graph Starting from Graph Type, select the desired type of graph.
  3. Select the Chart Type
  4. Choose the fields in Group By, to segment out records on 1-3 levels. 
  5. Select the Function to perform and the Field to perform the calculation on. Add 1-10 functions with the plus (+) sign. 
  6. Select fields to Filter records in the graph or chart. Add filters with the plus (+) sign.
  7. Select the Level to Sort results by the graph or chart. 
  8. Click Apply or Save as New Graph (for app administrators).
  9. The graph is added to the Graph drop-down list for all app users.
