Adding Plug-ins to an App

To add a Plug-in to an app, an administrator must first install a plug-in. See Installing Plug-ins for directions. For more information on Plug-ins see our Developer Network.
 

To add previously installed plug-ins to an app: 

  1. Within an app, click the Gear wheel Screen_Shot_2017-07-19_at_9.43.03_AM.png on the right.
  2. Click Plug-ins, under Customization and Integration.
  3. Click New. The available plug-ins are listed.
  4. Select the check box for the desired plug-in.
  5. Click Add.
  6. In the Description section, you will see Required field has not been set.
  7. Under Change Settings, click the Settings Settings icon. The settings page displays the fields you must fill in for the plug-in to work. Required fields are indicated by a red asterisk *
  8. Click Save
  9. Click back to the App Settings page, and select Update App.
  10. When you create a new record or edit a record in this app, you are redirected to the plug-in provider's login to connect your account to kintone.
 

To delete a plug-in from an app: 

  1. Within an app, click the Ellipses Options icon on the right.
  2. Select Change App Settings.
  3. Click Plug-ins, under Customization and Integration.
  4. Click the Trash can Trash Can next to the Plug-in you wish to delete.
  5. Click back to the App Settings page, and select Update App.
