Unlocking Locked User Accounts

A user account is locked out if the user fails to log in up to the number of times set in "Number of Failed Attempts Before Account Lockout". The system administrator can unlock the locked account and reset the number of failed login attempts using one of the following methods:

  • Set a new password for the locked account.
  • Have the user wait until the account lockout duration elapses.
