You can add or edit groups and roles by importing a CSV file. In the file, enter one group or role per row.
To Import Groups or Roles:
- From the Gear wheel select Users & System Administration.
- Under User Administration and Bulk Actions, select Import from File.
- Under Contents to Import, select Groups(or Roles).
- Click Browse to select a CSV file.
- Click Download CSV Template File to download the correct format to upload groups and roles in. See Fields to be Imported below, for descriptions of the fields to include in the file.
- Click Import.
