Whether users can change their own passwords is determined by the configuration made by administrators.

Confirming If You Can Change Your Password By Yourself

Method 1: Confirming If Screen to Reset User Password Is Displayed

  1. On the login screen, click "Having Trouble Logging In?".
    If the user has been logged in, log out from the session.

  2. Confirm if the screen to reset user password is displayed.
    If the following screen is displayed, you can change the password by yourself.

    If other types of screens are shown, you need to ask your administrator to change your password.

Method 2: Confirming If You Can Change Your Password from Profile

  1. Display your profile.

  3. Confirm the contents of "Change Password" field.
    If the entry field is displayed, you can change the password by yourself.
