Cannot Reset Password Notification Received

If you receive an e-mail telling you that the password cannot be reset, it means you cannot reset it by yourself.
To solve the issue, the shared e-mail address configured in the user details must be changed to a personal e-mail address.

Example of e-mail notifying that your password cannot be reset
Sender no-reply@kintone.com, or the e-mail address set for the system e-mail
Subject [kintone.com] Request to Reset Your Password
Body text Sorry we cannot reset your password. Your e-mail address is used by two or more accounts.
Please contact your administrator.

Cause and Solution

The above e-mail is delivered when a shared e-mail address is configured for the e-mail address field in the user details.
To enable users to reset their passwords by themselves, ask administrators to change the e-mail address configured in the user details to a personal e-mail address.
