Setting Screen for User Details
Described below are the fields that can be set on the "Edit User" page.
This page is displayed when performing the following actions.
Basic Fields of User Details
Required fields are indicated with an asterisk (*) on the screen.
|Picture||Select an image file with a size of 800 KB or less.
The following image file formats are acceptable:
An identifier used to log in to Kintone.
Rules for Login Name
|An e-mail address that the user uses.
This can be used to send and receive e-mail notifications from services.
|Status||The user is allowed to use the services when this is set to "Active".
Click this to switch between "Active" and "Inactive".
|Available Services||This field displays a list of services for which the license is available or a trial has been signed up for.
Select the check boxes of the services that you want to allow the user to use.
Assigning Services to Users
|Department||Specify a department to which the user belongs and assign a job title to the user. Departments and job titles must be created beforehand. For details on how to set them, refer to the following sections:
|Priority Department||Select a department that will appear on the user pages preferentially if the user belongs to multiple departments.|
|Two-Factor Authentication||The Two-Factor Authentication setting status appears. Disable button only appears to users who activated two-factor authentication.
If an administrator wants to prohibit users to use two-factor authentication in case of incidents such as lost mobile devices, click Disable. To enable this again, the users need to reconfigure it from their Profile settings screen.
Configure Two-Factor Authentication
|Phone||Enter a telephone number.|
|URL||Enter the URL of a Web page.|
Other Fields of User Details
This section describes fields set in "Others".
|Contacts||Enter an extension number or mobile phone number.|
|Skype Name||When a Skype name is set, users can start Skype from a link on the "Profile" page.|
|Language||Select the language used on the pages of the services.|
|Time Zone||Select the time zone used in the services.
For details, refer to "List of Time Zones".
|Localized Name||Enter a display name in a specified language. This name will appear for the users of the services who use the specified language.|
|(Custom Field)||Additional custom fields, if any, follow "Localized Name".|
|Employee ID||Enter the ID number of the employee.|
|Hire Date||Enter the hire date.|
|Birthday||Enter the birthday.|
|Display Order||Enter an eight-digit integer greater than or equal to zero to specify the display order of the user.
User lists sort users in ascending order of this value.

|Memo||Enter as needed.|
