If There Are Users Who Will Not Log in for a Long Period
This page provides a solution when users will not log in to kintone.com for a long period due to temporary leave, temporary assignment, or other reasons.
Solution
Change the user's status to "Inactive".
Deactivating Users
The users cannot log in to kintone.com once they became inactive.
And during the inactive period, they are not counted as active users of kintone.com.
Reactivating Inactive Accounts
Revert their status to "Active".
They can access kintone.com once their status is changed.
Reactivating Users
Change their login names, passwords, or departments, as necessary.
