Unlocking a Locked-Out Account
To unlock the locked-out user account, Kintone Users & System Administrator need to change the password of the user.

Click
in the header.

Click Users & System Administration.
Accessing Kintone Users & System Administration -
Click Departments & Users.

Click
for the user whose locked-out account you want to unlock.

Click Change Password in the upper right of the screen.

Set a new password and then click Save and Send via E-mail or Change Password.

Notify the user that you have unlocked the locked-out account by changing the password.
Check if the user can log in to the system using the new password. -
Reconsider the account lockout setting, if necessary.
